Halabos na Hipon Recipe

Try this simple yet very tasty  shrimp recipe 

2 lbs medium size shrimp
1 cup 7 up
5-6 garlic cloves, minced
salt to taste
2 tablespoon olive oil
green onion for garnishing

Cooking Direction:
Using a wok, saute garlic in olive oil till golden brown. Add shrimp and toss for few minutes.
Add the 7 up and salt to taste. Turn heat to high.
Allow to boil till sauce thickens and shrimp is fully cooked.
Remove shrimp from heat. Arrange in a platter and garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
