Shrimp and Pork Siomai Recipe

This is my second time making Siomai and with some improvement, my family loved it.

2 lbs. ground pork
1/2 lb. shrimp (shelled and chopped)
1 sm. can water chestnut (chopped)
2 string of green onion (chopped)
1 carrotts (shredded)
1 large onion (chopped)
2 egg (beaten)
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon sesame oil
2 pack Siomai wrapper (50 pcs/pack)
Cooking Direction:
Mix all ingredients above and refrigerate for an hour. Place a teaspoon on each siomai wrapper and close the ends. On your steamer, place water on the bottom part and bring to boil. Once the water starts boiling lower the heat to medium. Spray pam cooking oil or and arrange the Siomai giving enough space so it won't stick to each other. Steam the siomai for 30 minutes. Siomai is done and best to serve when it's still warm.
For the dipping sauce you will need:
1/2 cup soy sauce
5 tablespoon sesame seed oil
1 large lemon juice
1 teaspoon chili paste (or 2 teaspoon if you want it more spicy)

Mix above ingredients and serve on the side.
