Chicken Inasal


Ingredients:2 lbs chicken
1 cup pinoy vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup chopped ginger6 pieces garlic clove, chopped
3 tablespoons brown sugar
5 tablespoons calamansi juice
1 tablespoon salt
Cooking Direction:Using a mixing bowl mix all ingredients. Cut slits into the chicken. Using the mixture marinate the chicken overnight.
Make sure all the chicken parts are covered with the marinade.

For Basting
: (achuete oil)
Dilute 1 teaspoon achuete powder on 1/2 cup of cooking oil. Stir constantly until the oil turns orange.Grill chicken, turning it over every 5 minutes while basting constantly with achuete oil.
Serve hot with a side of achara (papaya pickles) and steam rice.

Delish gid Lee, nxt time I will have to use ang chinese chicken kay daw natie chicken man hitsura ya. at least indi laban tambok. ako ya waay pa season season, basta feel ko masugba sus bisan tigtugnaw hala bira.
