Baked Bangus

Ingredients:
1 Boneless Bangus (milk fish)
thumb size ginger, sliced thin
1 small onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
salt and ground pepper to taste
banana leaves
aluminum wrap
Cooking Direction:
Mix ginger, onion, tomato, salt and pepper on a bowl. Fill bangus with the mixture and wrap using banana leaves then the aluminum foil. Bake for an hour and serve. You have the option to bake or to grilled.

Lee amo na gali ngalan ya? tinuon? namit kun bake kag moist ang bangrus. tanan nga sabor lock sang aluminum foil. hapos na lutuon, hapos pa kaunon hehehe

Tino-um nga Bangrus ..YES! That's the name, banana leaves (with foil) to seal the flavour!. Good also if you grill it sa BBQhan.
