Ampalaya in Corn Beef


If you like ampalaya then this recipe is a must try. Simple yet fullfilling and quick fix.
Saute minced garlic, thin sliced onion and corn beef. After 5 minutes add 1/2 cup of water. Simmer. Add slicing of ampalaya (bitter melon) and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve over steam rice

Lee give it a try. Ky hubby ko ni nga recipe. Namit kay match gid sabor sang ampalaya kag corn beef. hakog galing sa rice hehehe
