Veggie Penne Pasta

Simple Easy Healthy
Ingredients:1 lb penne pasta, boiled and drained
1 large eggplant, cut into bite size
1/4 lb green beans, cut 1 1/2 inches
1 large red bell pepper, cut thin
1 large onion, cut thin
1 whole garlic, minced
3 tablespoon olive oil
salt and ground pepper to taste
Cooking Direction:Boil pasta for 15 to 20 minutes and drain. Set aside.
Saute garlic, onions, green beans, eggplant, bell pepper using olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and mix thoroughly.

wow! namit. i like this type of pasta plus veggies pa dayun.
actually i had a penne pasta days ago pero just the usual tomato sauce and sausage.
