A simple yet filling Pinoy na Pinoy dish.
1/4 lb miswa
1 lb chicken bola-bola
4 pieces garlic gloves, minced
1 piece onion, sliced thin
2 pieces egg, beaten
salt and ground pepper to taste

Cooking Direction:
Saute garlic and onion. Add chicken bola-bola till it turns golden brown. Add 5 cups of water and bring to boil. Season with salt and ground pepper. Add the miswa and continue boiling for few minutes. Lastly, add the egg, simmer for few minutes and serve.
**You could use ground pork or beef or sardines instead of chicken**

If Im not mistaken miswa with meatballs is often referred to as ALMONDIGAS
