Cardillo nga Amargoso (Ampalaya)

Ampalaya (bittermelon) sauteed in garlic, onion and pork. Seasoned with salt, ground pepper and scrambled egg.

I actually just had some ampalaya. I visited my parents today and they served up some homemade pinakbet.
