Tortang Talong

Step by Step Boil (or grill) eggplant in water. Let it cool. Peel the skin and discard.Beat 2 pcs. of egg. Sprinkle little salt. Dip the eggplant. Flatten the eggplant on the egg using a fork.Fry the eggplant dipped in egg in oil in medium low heat.Tortang Talong is best with banana catsup or sweet chili sauce.

Baw, hidlaw man ta sang tortang talong bah. Teh, natilawan mo ina different varieties of talong? Hehehe! Ang bilog nga green Thai eggplant namit na sya sa pakbet mo! Ang tambok nga klase, slice thinly, fry it tapos sawsaw sa soy sauce, namit! Or try eggplant lasagna, super...Ang Chinese, isugba, peel & slice then add tomatoes, onions and patis, saburante guid!

Namit talong Lee, huo natilawan ko na tanan aside sa Thai pero the best gyapon ang Pinoy talong, saboroso gid. hehehe
