Adobong Kangkong sa Gata

Simple Pinoy dish yet very fulfilling
Ingredients:
1/4 lb. pork, cut thin
1 bundle Kangkong, cut 2 inches
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 pc. onion, sliced thin
1/2 cup vinegar
1 can coconut milk
2 tablespoon bagoong
salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Direction:
Saute garlic, onion and pork. Allow pork to cook, turn brown and crispy. Add the bagoong then kangkong. Stir then add the vinegar. Simmer for few minutes. Now add coconut milk and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for few minutes, remove from heat and serve.
