Sauteed Petchay

1/4 lbs. pork butt, sliced thin
1 lb. petchay, cut 1/2 inch
1 small onion, sliced thin
3 pcs. garlic, crushed
1 med. tomato, sliced thin
salt and ground pepper to taste
Saute garlic, onion, pork and tomato in canola oil. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer till pork becomes tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add the petchay, stir and remove from heat.
