Inihaw Boneless Bangus

Marinade boneless bangus with lime juice, crushed garlic and a pinch of salt and groundpepper. Before starting the grill dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of atchuete in 2 teaspoon of cooking oil.
Grill the Bangus and when almost done brush it with the atchuete oil. Serve hot.
It was too hot outside to start the grill so I used my stovetop iron cast grill. Imagine grilling bangus indoor with the a/c running?

Namit imo bangrus, Cecil. Supersize guid! Kami ya sa gwa ga-grill para indi mag-init sa sulod balay. Kapin pa, matugnaw subong diri. Daw indi summer, last 2 nights 10 deg.C.

Ay ano mana weather sa inyo. diri ya over na gid ang init. daw waay ka panaguan. ay bisan ginatulok ako nagapamayong ako ya from the office to my car hehehe sa haus naman hulat langko galing sang electric bill kay ang a/c waay pahuway waswas.

Daw sa Pinas ka lang gali dira...super init! I told people here sa Pinas ga-payong during hot weather. Teh, kadlaw sila kay ang payong kuno para lang sa ulan. Labay man akon, daw wa-ay pa guid kami katilaw summer weather, haw? Next month August na and come Sept. tig-tulugnaw na naman. Ay, ambot, tak-an na guid ako sang katugnaw diri!
