Marinade boneless bangus with lime juice, crushed garlic and a pinch of salt and groundpepper. Before starting the grill dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of atchuete in 2 teaspoon of cooking oil. Grill the Bangus and when almost done brush it with the atchuete oil. Serve hot.
