Grilled Chicken & Veggies

For dinner...... Sprinkle chicken breast with Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend. Grill using iron cast pan with a dash of olive oil.
Using the same pan grill potato, onions, zucchini, red bell pepper and green onions.
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Now you have a quick, tasty and healthy dinner.

Lee thanks... trying so hard gid. Trying to break the bad habit. I just have to avoid pinoy food w/c are mostly fried and pork. Just dont know how hehehe kung si Natie pa "namit!"

Baw Nat pila palang ka adlaw ginatak an na ako sang chicken ah. dugay dugay may wings na ako hahaha I was trying to imagine nga steak pero daw indi gid ah.
Birthday sang amon unica hija subong so the family is talking about going to Magic Wok who serves the best crispy pata in town, gina torture ako nila. I think I will have few bites, panit lang ah hahaha
