Mongo Guisado

Ginisang monggo and pork leg with bitter melon leaves and malunggay leaves. Masustansya! Masarap!
Boil meat using pressure cooker. Boil monggo beans then add the meat. Add the greens and salt to taste. If you want you could add other vegetables you desire.

Tani red beans lutuon ko pero dumduman ko cling mo nga monggo so monggo it is.

Ay kasubo. Hidlaw na ko luto sang tatay ko. Daw pareho gid sa picture. Kabudlay abi mangita tiil sang baboy sa Middle East. :)
